One of the coaches on the Arizona Cardinals‘ offensive staff has a couple of opportunities to find a promotion. Connor Senger, the Cardinals’ passing game specialist in former head coach Jonathan Gannon’s staff has a pair of interviews.

According to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero, the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers have requested interviews with Senger for their vacant quarterbacks coach positions.

Senger got his NFL coaching start with the Cardinals. He was a Bill Bidwill Coaching Fellowship in 2022 working with quarterbacks under head coach Kliff Kingsbury. When Jonathan Gannon became head coach in 2023, Senger was named offensive quality control coach. He became assistant quarterbacks coach in 2024 and passing game specialist in 2025.

He has also been part of the college all-star bowls for three straight years. He coached wide receivers in the Senior Bowl in 2024 and in the Shrine Bowl in 2025. This past week, he called offensive plays in the Shrine Bowl.

If he lands one of these quarterbacks coaching jobs, it would mean four straight years getting promoted after his initial coaching fellowship, setting him up to become one of the more known up-and-coming offensive coaches in the league.
