Jalen Hurts has been named to the NFC Pro Bowl team after initially being voted as a fifth alternate.

This is Hurts’ third Pro Bowl selection. He was voted onto the team in 2022 and 2023. Among all Eagles quarterbacks, only Donovan McNabb – with six from 2000 through 2009 – has been named to more Pro Bowls. Norm Van Brocklin (1958, 1959, 1960) and Bobby Thomason (1953, 1955, 1956) and Randall Cunningham (1988, 1989 and 1990) were also named to three.

Hurts went 11-5 in 16 starts this year, completing 65 percent of his passes for 3,224 yards with 25 touchdown passes, six interceptions – four of them in one game against the Chargers – and a 98.5 passer rating. He had eight rushing touchdowns but ran for only 421 yards, his fewest since he became the starter in 2021.

He ranked 16th in the NFL in passing yards, tied for ninth in touchdown passes, third in interception ratio and eighth in passer rating.

Hurts has a 57-25 career won-loss record, and only seven quarterbacks have won more games in their first 82 starts, a group that includes Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson.

His 172 combined touchdowns – 109 passing and 63 rushing – are 6th-most in NFL history by a quarterback in his first 82 starts, behind only Mahomes (208), Aaron Rodgers (197), Josh Allen (192), Dan Marino (185) and Andrew Luck (178).

Hurts joins Cam Jurgens, Cooper DeJean, Quinyon Mitchell, Zack Baun and Jalen Carter as 2025 Eagles Pro Bowlers.

The Pro Bowl Games are scheduled for Tuesday at the Moscone Center convention hall in San Francisco.
