The Cleveland Browns have hired away another assistant coach from the Baltimore Ravens.

This time, it is Ian Kolste who joins the Browns from the Ravens as new head coach Todd Monken continues to build out his offensive staff. NFL insider Aaron Wilson was the first one with the news.

A former Division III quarterback, Kolste set records at Whitworth University as a player. Kolste’s role was not revealed by Wilson, however. With the Ravens, Kolste was an offensive analyst. He could pick up a similar role with the Browns.
