The Denver Broncos had a league-high six players elected to the 2026 Pro Bowl in December, but one of them did not make the trip to San Francisco this weekend.

The NFL announced Pro Bowl rosters on Saturday and Denver guard Quinn Meinerz is not on the AFC squad.

Meinerz also declined being added to last year’s AFC roster as a first alternate. He reportedly turned down last year’s alternate nod because he didn’t want to be a replacement player. Meinerz was named a starter for this year’s Pro Bowl, so he may have bowed out due to injury. There have been no reports of a serious injury for Meinerz.

The team’s five other Pro Bowlers — wide receiver Courtland Sutton, left tackle Garett Bolles, defensive lineman Zach Allen, outside linebacker Nik Bonitto and cornerback Pat Surtain — have reported for the all-star festivities.

The five participating players checked in with a selfie video from Sunday’s practice:

And Sutton did a tiny microphone interview with the club’s social media team:

PS2’s father, Patrick Surtain Sr., is the AFC’s defensive coordinator for this year’s Pro Bowl. The elder Surtain currently coaches defensive backs at Florida State.

The 2026 Pro Bowl Games will be held at San Francisco’s Moscone Center South Building on Tuesday, Feb. 3. The “Games” will begin at 4:30 p.m. MT and the flag football game will start at 6:00 p.m. MT.
