Jacksonville Jaguars assistant wide receivers coach Tyler Tettleton could be moving on after four seasons with the franchise.

According to multiple reports, the Baltimore Ravens have requested an interview with Tettleton, who has been with the team across two regimes. Tettleton was one of the few holdovers Jacksonville had after moving on from head coach Doug Pederson in 2025, when it hired Liam Coen.

The Ravens are undergoing a leadership change after firing longtime head coach John Harbaugh and hiring former Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter.

Tettleton also interviewed for the head coaching position at Ohio University last year.

After spending his first season as the team’s assistant running backs coach in 2022, Tettleton was promoted to assistant wide receivers coach/passing game specialist. He had the position for two years before continuing as assistant receivers coach under Coen.

Tettleton has been an instrumental part of the team’s offense, including serving as the coach who draws pass plays for Coen, a role the head coach held under Sean McVay early in his coaching career in Los Angeles.

“But I think that definitely — that whole opportunity to be able to draw, so much you talk about to young coaches, learn vizio, learn how to draw. If you can draw, you may always have a job and that opportunity was always really cool for me,” Coen said of his past role in October last year.

Jacksonville got great returns from its receiver position last year, particularly once third-year wideout Parker Washington was given a larger role. Washington’s development in 2025 was a bright spot in a sea of light for Jacksonville during their 13-4, AFC South championship run.

Washington finished the year as the team’s leading receiver with 58 catches for 847 yards (14.6 yards per catch) and five touchdowns.

He started seven games and played in 16 during the 2025 season. Washington’s role expanded after an injury to rookie Travis Hunter and after the team benched free-agent signee Dyami Brown, forcing the team to re-evaluate the position group.

The Jaguars will return both offensive coordinator Grant Udinski and defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile after they earned pay raises. Both interviewed for head coach gigs this cycle. The team hired defensive pass game coordinator Mathieu Araujo and offensive run-game coordinator Brian Picucci.

Secondary coach Ron Milus and assistant offensive line coach Keli’i Kekuewa are no longer with the team.
