Nikki Bella is a WWE Hall of Famer and a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
One of the wildest rumors of the NFL season was that Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean was dating WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella.
The rumors began after Nikki shared videos of her visit to Lincoln Financial Field to watch the Eagles, representing WWE. She wore DeJean’s jersey and even posed in front of his locker. They even had a photo together, which appeared to be taken at the Eagles’ practice facility.
TMZ even reported that Nikki and DeJean have been on dates, but they are not in a relationship. The two-time WWE Divas Champion would debunk the rumors in an episode of The Nikki & Brie Show.
“It’s crazy because I actually haven’t been touched or done anything in so long,” Nikki said. “It’s funny when people call me a wh— when I actually haven’t had intimacy in a really long time, (or even thought) of kissing. I haven’t even kissed someone in so long. It’s, like, kind of crazy.”
Nikki has had a couple of high-profile relationships in the past. She was with John Cena from 2012 to 2018. They even got engaged at WrestleMania 33, but they called off their wedding and broke up less than a month before the scheduled date.
The two-time Diva of the Year was married to dancer Artem Chigvintsev from 2022 to 2024. They have a son named Matteo.
Nikki Responds to ‘Coop’ Chant in Philly
Brie and Nikki Bella reunited at the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble, when the former showed up as a surprise entrant at No. 29. They failed to win the match, but they teased the possibility of going after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Speaking on Monday’s episode of Raw, Nikki was interrupted by loud “Coop” chants from the Xfinity Mobile Arena crowd. The Hall of Famer remained calm and responded to the Philly fans.
“Can you blame a girl for having good taste? I mean, Pro Bowl, baby,” Nikki said.
After the small hiccup from the crowd, The Bella Twins confirmed that they are looking to become the next WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. The titles are currently held by Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY, who are set to defend them against Giulia and Kiana James.
Brie and Nikki might also need to earn a couple of wins before becoming No. 1 contenders. They eliminated Lyra Valkyria and Bayley at the Rumble, so there might be a short story there on the Road to WrestleMania 42.
Brie and Nikki Bella are Huge Eagles Fans
The Bella Twins were born in San Diego, California, and were raised in Phoenix, Arizona. But how did Brie and Nikki become lifelong fans of the Philadelphia Eagles?
In an interview on NBC10 Philadelphia in 2023, Nikki revealed that their grandfather was from South Philly and was a huge fan of the Eagles. He raised the twins as supporters of the NFL team.
Over the years, Brie and Nikki have attended Eagles games. They also celebrated the franchise’s Super Bowl wins in 2018 and 2025. Nikki even wore an Eagles-themed outfit at the premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 last July.
