The Tennessee Titans are rounding out their new coaching staff under Robert Saleh, while some of their former coaches are finding new homes across the league. The latest to find work was quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree, who is exchanging Nashville and Cam Ward for Buffalo and Josh Allen.
Bills‘ head coach Joe Brady hired Hardegree on Tuesday to work with Allen as they try to get over the playoff hump that cost Sean McDermott his job.

Thrust into a significant role in 2025 when Brian Callahan gave up play-calling duties, Hardegree did a good job of developing Ward and the offense, who improved throughout the season and were playing their best football as a unit down the stretch.
His impressive work with Ward worked in his favor as he interviewed for the offensive coordinator role in Detroit and now signs on with Buffalo.
Hardegree joins Dennard Wilson, Tyke Tolbert, and Bill Callahan as coaches from Callahan’s staff who have found new jobs during this coaching cycle.
