In his latest two-round NFL mock draft for ESPN, Matt Miller has the Denver Broncos addressing the inside linebacker position before adding a spark to the offense.

In the first round, Miller mocks Texas linebacker Anthony Hill to Denver at pick No. 30. Although he played ILB at the college level, Miller thinks Hill could also spend time as an edge rusher at the pro level.

Broncos fans have been begging for more explosive linebackers, and Hill might be the most impressive mover at the position in this draft class,” Miller wrote for ESPN. “He also brings the added bonus of being a reliable pass rusher when asked to line up on the edge.”

Hill (6-3, 238 pounds) totaled 249 tackles, 17 sacks, eight forced fumbles, four pass breakups, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries in three seasons (40 games) with the Longhorns.

In the second round, Miller switched to the other side of the ball with Denver picking Louisville wide receiver Chris Bell at No. 62 overall.

“A late-season ACL tear will push Bell down draft boards, but he’s a potential steal for a team that can be patient with his rehab,” Miller wrote. “Bell is a big run-after-catch threat, and his size (6-foot-2, 220 pounds) is what Broncos coach Sean Payton covets from his wideouts.”

Bell totaled 72 receptions for 917 yards and six touchdowns in 11 games last fall. Once healthy, he could prove to be a steal.

The 2026 NFL draft will be held in Pittsburgh from April 23-25. Denver’s expected to have eight picks.
