The Baltimore Ravens will have a new quarterbacks coach for the 2026 NFL season.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the Ravens are moving on from quarterbacks coach Tee Martin. He’s been with the Ravens since 2021 and has been super close with Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson.

However, new head coach Jesse Minter is set to bring in someone else to work with Jackson and the rest of the quarterbacks on the roster. He has already hired Declan Doyle as the new offensive coordinator, after Doyle held the same role under Ben Johnson with the Chicago Bears this season.

The Ravens will have a brand-new coaching staff going forward after parting ways with former head coach John Harbaugh. Harbaugh was let go following the Ravens’ Week 18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, which ended their season.

After the Ravens moved on from Harbaugh, they conducted a major coaching search before landing on Minter, who had served as the Los Angeles Chargers‘ defensive coordinator for the previous two seasons.

He was previously with the Ravens from 2017-20, serving as a defensive assistant from 2017-18, then as the assistant defensive backs coach in 2019, and as the defensive backs coach in 2020.

Jackson battled numerous injuries throughout the 2025 season and still finished with 2,549 yards through the air, 21 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
