Las Vegas’s only winning season since it drafted Crosby in 2019 was 2021, when it went 10-7 and lost to the Bengals 26-19 in the AFC Wild Card Round. Since then, it has gone 6-11, 8-9, 4-13, and 3-14. It owns the No. 1 pick in the draft this year, with the presumptive choice being Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza. If it picks the 2025 CFP National Champion, it will rebuild around a young quarterback over the next few seasons.
