The Los Angeles Rams let a lot of players walk in free agency this offseason but they did a good job replacing them either by signing other veterans or adding young talent in the draft. Among the most notable departures were Bobby Brown III, Demarcus Robinson and Christian Rozeboom, all of whom found new homes rather quickly.
The Rams also cut Cooper Kupp and Tre Tomlinson this offseason, giving them both fresh starts elsewhere.

On the 2025 schedule, the Rams will face eight former players who left the team this offseason. Here’s who they are and when those games will take place.
Cooper Kupp, Seahawks: Weeks 11 and 16
Kupp didn’t want to leave the Rams, but the team gave him no choice. After attempting to trade him this offseason, the team decided to cut Kupp. He then signed with the Seahawks a few days later, joining one of Los Angeles’ biggest rivals.
He’ll return to Los Angeles in Week 11 before the Seahawks host the Rams in Week 16.
Bobby Brown III, Panthers: Week 13
Brown was an unrestricted free agent for the first time this year and he decided to test the waters on the open market. The Rams signed Poona Ford and Brown landed with the Panthers, so both parties decided it was best to go in a different direction.
Demarcus Robinson, 49ers: Weeks 5 and 10
The Rams opted not to re-sign Robinson after giving him a one-year deal in each of the last two offseasons, in part because Les Snead believes he could be suspended for his DUI arrest last year. He signed with the 49ers and will have a chance to play meaningful snaps alongside Brandon Aiyuk after Deebo Samuel was traded.
Christian Rozeboom, Panthers: Week 13
Rozeboom was a key contributor on defense last season but he chose to sign with another team this offseason, picking the Panthers in free agency. Like Brown, he’ll face his former team in Week 13 when the Rams visit Charlotte to face the Panthers.
Joe Noteboom, Ravens: Week 6
Noteboom was one of the last Rams free agents to find a new home, signing with the Ravens after the draft. He won’t be a starter for Baltimore but if he’s healthy, he’ll likely be on the 53-man roster. He could wind up being a valuable depth piece for Baltimore at tackle and guard.
Neville Gallimore, Colts: Week 4
Gallimore had a brief stint with the Rams, signing with them last August and spending the 2024 season in L.A. He had 2.5 sacks in the playoffs before signing with the Colts as a free agent in March.
Jake Hummel, Ravens: Week 6
Hummel was primarily a special teams player for the Rams, though he did have some potential as a linebacker. The Rams chose not to re-sign him, letting him walk in free agency.
Tre Tomlinson, 49ers: Weeks 5 and 10
Tomlinson was a surprise cut earlier this offseason after he and the team decided to mutually part ways. The 49ers claimed him off waivers, giving the former sixth-round pick and college standout a chance in Santa Clara.
