Former New York Giants quarterback and two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning is always up to something.
This past week, Manning was launching a new bourbon he hand-selected with Master Distiller Freddie Noe for Knob Creek.

It’s called Eli Manning’s Bold Pick: 2026 Batch, “built for fans who have trusted their instincts all season long and are ready for toast-worthy celebrations.”
During the promotion, Manning was naturally asked for his prediction for Sunday’s Super Bowl between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.
“Seattle versus New England definitely is a matchup worth celebrating. New England’s turnaround from last year shows what can happen when all of the pieces click at the right time. And Seattle’s dominant defense and resurgent offense combined to solidify their spot,” Manning said. “My pick is Seattle, because they have been more consistent on both sides of the ball throughout the final stretch.”
Manning has been working with Knob Creek and Noe all year to develop the limited edition cask-strength single barrel and offered his opinions on both bourbon and football.
