RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Rapid City’s Adam Vinatieri will be a part of this year’s Pro Football Hall Of Fame Class. Vinatieri is the NFL’s all time leading scorer and is the career leading scorer for both the teams he played for the Patriots and Colts.
Vinatieri holds several league kicking records and made a pair of Super Bowl game winners. Vinatieri will be inducted August 8th in Canton. Ohio. Vinatieri played his high school football at Rapid City Central before heading to South Dakota State. Vinatieri began his pro career in NFL Europe before getting his shot with the Patriots.
