Travis Kelce remains Taylor Swift’s No. 1 fan amid her latest music video release.

While the Kansas City Chiefs are not playing in the Super Bowl, it’s been a huge week for both Travis Kelce and his fiancée, Taylor Swift.

Kelce co-hosted a star-studded “New Heights” party in San Francisco on February 4 before attending the 15th annual NFL Honors the next day. The 36-year-old was up for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, which is regularly referred to as the most prestigious honor at the ceremony.

The three-time Super Bowl champion did not walk away with the national award, as Washington Commanders veteran Bobby Wagner won this year’s Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. After the ceremony, Kelce headed to an after-party where he danced behind the DJ booth as Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” played for the crowd.

Swift did not join her future husband at San Francisco’s Palace of Fine Arts for the NFL Honors or the after-party. However, the pop star was preparing for a huge day of her own. The 14-time Grammy winner dropped the music video for her latest single, “Opalite,” a song inspired by her romance with Kelce.

Travis Kelce Liked Kam Saunders’ Post About ‘Boss Lady’ Director Taylor Swift
Swift wrote and directed the “Opalite” music video that premiered on February 6. The ’90s-style video stars Domnhall Gleason and features cameos by Jodie-Turner Smith, Greta Lee, Lewis Capaldi, Graham Norton, and several “Eras Tour” dancers, including Kameron Saunders.

Saunders, one of Swift’s most beloved dancers, posted about the experience on Instagram and caught Kelce’s attention. Saunders wrote, “Opalite Kam-eo 🤍😝 Written and directed by my brilliant boss lady, @taylorswift.

“As I always say to you… it is an HONOR to be included and thought of in your world of endless creativity and fun!!! Love you big! 🤍.”

Fans immediately clocked Kelce liking the post. “TRAV LIKE,” one fan account posted on X.

Taylor Swift’s Late Night Talk Show Appearance Inspired the ‘Opalite’ Music Video

Following the release of her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” Swift embarked on an international press tour that included a stop on “The Graham Norton Show.”

Swift explained on Instagram, “My favorite part about writing is that first spark of an idea. It can happen at any time, for any reason. The idea for the Opalite music video crash landed into my imagination when I was doing promo for The Life of a Showgirl. I was a guest on one of my favorite shows, @TheGrahamNortonShowOfficial.

“For those of you who aren’t familiar, it’s a UK late night show where Graham Norton (the insanely charismatic and lovable host) invites a random group of actors, entertainers, musicians, etc to be on his show and we all sit there and chat like it’s a dinner party. They even serve wine. Anyway. I remember thinking I got ridiculously lucky with the group I was paired with…

“When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall made a light hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos. He’s Irish! He was joking! Except that in that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an *idea*.

“And so a week later he received an email script I’d written for the Opalite video, where he was playing the starring role. I had this thought that it would be wild if all of our fellow guests on the Graham Norton show that night, including Graham himself, could be a part of it too.”
