Dennis Briggs Jr. will get his shot at the NFL with the Tennesse Titans.

This morning, the team announced that Briggs Jr. has received a rookie minicamp invite.

If all goes well in camp, he will then look to sign a deal as an undrafted free agent, and get a shot at the Titans’ training camp in August.

Briggs, 24, is coming off his most productive season in college football in 2024.

He was one of the Illini’s best defensive lineman this past season, and played in all 13 games and had 40 total tackles, three-and-a-half sacks and four-and-a-half tackles for loss.

Briggs spent six seasons in college football, starting his career with Florida State in 2018, before making the move to Champaign.
