In a three-round NFL mock draft for PFSN, analyst Alec Elijah has the Denver Broncos shoring up their defensive line depth before adding more weapons for third-year quarterback Bo Nix.

In the first round of Elijah’s mock, the Broncos add Ohio State defensive lineman Kayden McDonald (6-3, 326 pounds). Elijah described McDonald as “the kind of interior defender who is a pocket disruptor; he wins with overwhelming force rather than finesse.” McDonald totaled 65 tackles (nine behind the line), three sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one pass breakup in 14 games with the Buckeyes last fall.

In the second round, Denver selects Louisville wide receiver Chris Bell (6-2, 220 pounds), who’s coming off a torn ACL. “Chris Bell would arrive in Denver as a tone-setter at the receiver position, bringing a physical profile that immediately alters how defenses match up,” Elijah wrote for PFSN. Bell hauled in 72 receptions for 917 yards and six touchdowns in 11 games in 2025.

Finally, in the third round, the Broncos add Notre Dame tight end Eli Raridon (6-7, 252 pounds). He totaled 32 receptions for 482 yards in 12 games last fall. In his final three seasons with the Fighting Irish, Raridon recorded 48 receptions for 623 yards and three touchdowns.
