BALTIMORE — New Ravens coach Jesse Minter will be officially introduced at a news conference Thursday. Already, though, his staff has begun to take shape.
Here is a look at who has been confirmed to be or reported to be joining Baltimore’s coaching staff:
Rick Minter, senior analyst
No surprise here, but Minter is bringing his father, Rick, from Los Angeles to Baltimore. Rick brings over four decades of coaching experience, plenty of which alongside his son.
Rick, 71, was previously the head coach at the University of Cincinnati, where John Harbaugh was briefly his special teams coordinator. Rick coached the Bearcats the three consecutive bowl games from 2000 to 2002. He left Cincinnati to be the defensive coordinator at South Carolina and then Notre Dame and Marshall. He coached alongside Jesse at Notre Dame, Indiana State and Georgia State.
