CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan was named the 2025 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year at the NFL Honors on Thursday night.
McMillian was named the league’s Offensive Rookie of the Year at the NFL Honors on Thursday, Feb. 5. He became the first Panther to win it since Cam Newton won it in 2011.

“TMac, he was him,” bragged Bryce Young of his top receiver at the end of the season. ”He was, he’s exactly who he’s been. He was elite; he’s a special player. He’ll be the offensive rookie of the year.”
McMillan had two 100 yard games and caught a pass in all 17 games for the Panthers.
McMillan and the Panthers won the NFC South for the first time since 2015, they also hosted the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Wild Card Round.
