McCaffrey enjoyed an All-Pro campaign, recording over 2,000 scrimmage yards and 17 total touchdowns.
The 29-year-old managed to play every game, including San Francisco‘s two playoff games, after an injury-plagued 2024 season.
On Monday, McCaffrey worked at Raising Cane’s alongside his brother, Luke, who plays for the Washington Commanders, as the pair served 49ers fans at a Bay Area restaurant.
Christian spoke about his goal for next season following the 49ers’ playoff exit in the Divisional Round.

“I’m just focusing on one thing at a time.
“Get your body back. Let your leg heal up and get back to training the same way I always do.”

It was a brutal 2024 season for McCaffrey as he dealt with bilateral Achilles tendinitis and a posterior cruciate ligament injury, which forced him to miss 13 games.
Yet, he managed to earn his fourth Pro Bowl and was a finalist for MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and Comeback Player of the Year awards.

It wasn’t an easy process for McCaffrey to be the 49ers’ primary option and help the team make the playoffs following a disastrous 2024 campaign.
“It was definitely a long year. Whenever you end the season with injuries, you don’t really get that time off. You get right into it,” he said.
“But I had such a great group of guys who helped me get to where I wanted to be.
“I got to train [with my brother] throughout the whole offseason too, which was an absolute blast.

“It was a lot of fun and excited to do it again.”
As for the Raising Cane’s shift, the McCaffrey brothers got to face each other in a series of skill challenges before giving out food in the drive-thru and greeting fans who attended the special appearance.
The brothers are just hoping they don’t let emotions get to them during the competitions.
“Hopefully we don’t brawl,” Luke McCaffrey added.
“If we don’t have a fight, it’ll be a successful day,” Christian said.
