Jesse Minter has transitioned from his role as the Chargers‘ defensive coordinator to the head coach of the Ravens. In his new role, Minter has recruited several coaches from the 2025 staff to join him in Baltimore.
Marcus Brady was hired as the Ravens’Â passing game coordinator. He served in the same role with the Chargers in 2024 and 2025.
Former Jets head coach Adam Gase is a candidate to take over as the Bolts’ passing game coordinator.
Rick Minter, Jesse’s father, joined the Ravens as a senior analyst. He previously held the same title in Los Angeles for the past two seasons.
Joe Lombardi was the Chargers’ offensive coordinator from 2021 to 2022 before Minter’s arrival, but Minter brought him onto his new staff to serve as a senior offensive assistant.
