All is well in Charm City after the Ravens hired their fourth head coach in franchise history, bringing Jesse Minter back to where it all started with a five-year deal. Minter brings a high level of defensive acumen and should help ease Ravens fans’ frustrations over the loss of Mike MacDonald two years ago. Baltimore added rising coaching star Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator and the always-loved Anthony Weaver as defensive coordinator.

OL Rasheed Walker
A dynamic player upfront, Walker’s pass block win rate of 93.8% ranked 11th among 68 qualifying offensive tackles.
WR George Pickens

A big-time playmaker, Pickens had 22 receptions of 20 or more yards in 2025 (fourth most in the league). Pickens also finished third in the NFL with 1,429 receiving yards.
OLB Trey Hendrickson
Hendrickson is getting older, but he’s still a closer off the edge. In seven games this season, he had four sacks. Still, Hendrickson’s 17.5 sacks and 65 pressures in 2024 were league highs.
TE Kyle Pitts

A tight end who can play like a wide receiver (88 catches for 928 yards and five touchdowns), Pitts only needs to improve as a run blocker to earn elite status.

OLB Jaelan Phillips
Phillips can play as both an edge setter and a pocket disrupter. After being traded to the Eagles on November 3, he had two sacks and 27 pressures in coordinator Vic Fangio’s system. Over his five-year career, Phillips has accounted for 28 sacks and 150 pressures.
WR Alec Pierce

A vertical deep threat at 6-foot-3 and 211 pounds, Pierce averaged a league-best 21.3 yards per catch in 2025. He also topped the 1,000-yard receiving mark and brought in six touchdowns.
