The Broncos will reveal plans for a new stadium and community hub at Burnham Yard, engaging residents this Thursday.
DENVER — The Denver Broncos will host a community information meeting on Thursday to share concepts for a proposed new stadium at Burnham Yard in Denver.
Thursday’s meeting will be held at La Alma Recreation Center from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Part of the City and County of Denver’s Large Development Review process, the meeting will let residents and stakeholders to learn more about the Broncos’ plans for the development. The Broncos said attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions, participate in live polling and provide direct feedback to the team.
Broncos President Damani Leech and other members of the organization will present an overview of the development process and participate in Q&A sessions for attendees.

The Broncos announced plans in September for a new privately funded stadium and mixed-use community set for a targeted opening in 2031.
The team announced Burnham Yard, an old railyard, as the preferred site of their new stadium. The aerodynamic venue will feature a retractable roof and natural grass, designed with home field advantage in mind but also with modern amenities to host events year-round, the team said.

“We feel really good about where we are,’’ said Broncos co-owner Carrie Walton Penner. “Damani Leach and Tim Aragon have done an amazing job of really working with a lot of our local officials. I’ve spent time as well having breakfast and lunches with city council members and local elected officials as well as organizational leaders and neighborhood leaders.
“It’s exciting to get to start these conversations and really talk about not only the stadium, but really the whole area of Burnham Yard and how do we really bring that to life 365 days a year?”
“The communication and transparency are important as well as creating something that’s really special for Denver,” Walton Penner said. “Burnham Yard is amazing. It was a foundational building block of our state with its history. To elevate and talk about the history of Colorado through where we are in Burnham Yard is a great opportunity.
“We’re excited to create something special for Denver and for the whole region.”
