Just in case we needed more evidence to deem the 2025 Las Vegas Raiders season one of the very worst, if not the very worst, seasons ever in team history and why it was a complete disaster under Pete Carroll, we get this nugget of misery.

According to RotoWire, via the Associated Press, the Raiders were the healthiest team in the NFL last season in terms of games lost to injury. The study showed the Raiders lost just 83 games to injury. That is not much and still Carroll managed just a 3-14 record as he went one and done in Las Vegas. In contract, the Arizona Cardinals, who also went 3-14, led the league with 303 games lost due to injury. That’s nearly four times the games lost by the Raiders due to injury.

Actually, this news isn’t surprising. It seemed like almost every week, the Raiders were more healthy than their opponent and often their injury report was pretty clean by the end of the week.

Of course, the Raiders had some injuries — offensive linemen Kolton Miller and Jackson Powers-Johnson missed big chinks of the season — but the reality is, health wasn’t one of the Raiders’ biggest issues last season and still they could take advantage.
