PORTAGE, Ind. (WSBT) — Portage, Indiana, is making a new pitch to lure the Chicago Bears away from Chicago.

The city unveiled new renderings of a stadium called “Halas Harbor.”

It would be built west of State Road 249, north of U.S. 20, and just south of U.S. 12.

The city also said people could sail to the games by boat, utilizing the nearby marina for parking.

The state of Indiana is also working to establish a Stadium Authority to lure the Bears, even though moves this week appeared to show the Bears will stay in Illinois.
