After hearing from Jeffery Simmons and other Tennessee Titans players during Super Bowl week, it was clear the team is ready to get back to work and is looking forward to the offseason program under new head coach Robert Saleh.
General manager Mike Borgonzi brought in Saleh not only rebuild the Titans on the field but to help transform the team’s culture, and the NFL will give them some extra time to get that ball rolling.

Per the NFL’s overview of important NFL dates for 2026, teams that hired a new head coach after the conclusion of the 2025 NFL season can begin their offseason workout programs on April 6, two weeks before teams with returning head coaches from 2025 begin on April 20.
These extra two weeks will be important for Saleh and his veteran staff to implement their systems on both sides of the ball, especially the new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who will have a chance to work with Cam Ward and the offense for the first time.
The additional two weeks of team-structured activities will also help Saleh establish the organizational culture that is a key component of this rebuild and begin building the accountability and camaraderie that are pillars of his coaching philosophy.
