The Tennessee Titans and new head coach Robert Saleh have finalized their initial coaching staff, which features a mix of experience and youth with some new faces.Â
In all, the Titans will have 14 new coaches joining Saleh and the organization, joining eight coaches who were part of Brian Callahan’s staff in 2025.Â
Here is a breakdown of the offensive staff led by offensive coordinator Brian Daboll:Â
Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll
Daboll brings 28 years of coaching experience to the Titans and a long history of developing young quarterback prospects at both the college and NFL levels. He played a role in developing Jalen Hurts at Alabama, but grew into prominence developing Josh Allen with the Buffalo Bills before taking the head coaching position with the New York Giants in 2022. While his time as Giants head coach did not go as he intended, he did find some success with Daniel Jones early on, and the Titans hope that he can get the most out of Cam Ward moving forward.Â

Bricillo is a hard-nosed coach who has shown the ability to get the most out of his players, and should be a welcome sight for some of the Titans’ young offensive linemen who performed well down the stretch. Bricillo brings 21 years of coaching experience (seven in the NFL) to the Titans after spending 2025 with Daboll and the New York Giants.
Offensive assistant Trevor Browder
Browder will be returning to the Titans for a third season in 2026. A former Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow, he joined the Titans prior to the 2024 season. Prior to joining the Titans, he was an offensive analyst for UAB from 2023 to 2024.Â

Jordan will be returning to the Titans for a third season and will also be taking on the role of Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship Coordinator for the organization. An experienced running backs coach, he is entering his 14th season as an NFL coach (24th in coaching) with stints with the Washington Commanders and the Oakland (Las Vegas) Raiders.Â
Offensive assistant/game management Cade Knox
Knox will be following offensive coordinator Brian Daboll to the Titans and will take on a critical role on the staff, assisting head coach Robert Saleh with in-game management. He brings four seasons of experience to the organization, all with Daboll and the Giants.
Wide receivers coach Greg Lewis
With 19-years of NFL experience as both a player and coach, Lewis will bring a record of success to the Titans organization. He will be entering his 12th season as a coach and has coached both wide receivers and running backs across four NFL franchises.Â
Offensive assistant John RudnickiÂ
Rudnicki is entering the NFL coaching ranks for the first time in 2026 after spending the past three seasons with the University of South Carolina, where he served as offensive assistant/ and offensive assistant/running backs.Â
Tight ends coach Luke Stocker
Stocker will be returning to the organization after a successful first season as the full-time tight ends coach. A veteran NFL tight end with 11 seasons of playing experience, he joined the Titans’ staff as an intern in 2023 and has worked his way up the coaching ladder, and is widely viewed as someone to watch in coaching circles.Â
Quarterbacks coach Shea TierneyÂ
Tierney has a long history with offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, dating back to their time at Alabama. He will enter his 16th season as a coach (12th in the NFL) with the Titans and will be tasked with the all-important role of developing Cam Ward.Â
