Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen’s wife Hailee Steinfeld is sharing a personal holiday message for Valentine’s Day.

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are in the midst of the offseason, and he and his wife Hailee Steinfeld are getting ready to be first-time parents. Allen has been off the clock since the Buffalo Bills fell in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs on January 17, where they came close but now close enough and lost to the Denver Broncos.

Now, Valentine’s Day is here on Saturday, February 14, and in honor, Steinfeld is sharing a special, personal message about the day of love. In the Friday, February 13, edition of her “Beau Society” newsletter, Steinfeld gives tips on how to have the best holiday ever.

Buffalo Bills Quarterback Josh Allen’s Wife Hailee Steinfeld Talks Valentine’s Day

In the newsletter, Steinfeld talks about her love for Valentine’s Day. “I love February. I don’t know if it’s the pink and red everywhere (forever a fave color combo), the chocolate cake and cookie recipes that pop up the second I open my phone, or the way every streaming service suddenly becomes a curated shrine to romance,” she says.

Steinfeld adds, “Maybe it’s the simple fact that I love love and any excuse to celebrate it: romantic, platonic, self-love, dog love…it all plays.”

What’s cute is that she also shared a private detail about Allen, noting, “A cherry on top is having a husband who not only tolerates my enthusiasm for this holiday but genuinely leans into it with me. Lucky for me, he’s also perfectly satisfied with the version of the day that results in both of us in sweats on the couch doing a whole lot of nothing.”

So, Josh Allen is a romantic at heart. Throughout the newsletter, she also shared ideas to have a great holiday.

One idea is to simply take in a sunset. “This is completely free and starts your day with an overwhelming sense of awe (a close sister to love),” she notes. “Wake up early, make your favorite coffee or tea, step outside, and watch the sky changing color. It’s a deceptively magical, early win.”

Another idea is to take a long shower or bath and just pamper yourself. “Capitalize on relaxation today. If you’re a bath person like I am, draw one and add Epsom salts,” she notes. “Put on some chill music (I might opt for oldies love songs — my wedding-day getting-ready playlist!). Float for a while. When you get out, slather your body with this oil. It’s so good. If you’re looking for a more extensive bath guide, check this out.”

Josh Allen’s Wife Hailee Steinfeld on Being Pregnant

In a previous newsletter, Steinfeld opened up about how her life has changed being pregnant. A reader named Meredith asked if her workout routine has changed since becoming pregnant.

“At this point, they’re a little slower. I’m prioritizing listening to my body, which has been a consistent thing I’ve always done when it comes to working out, regardless of my physical state. Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of walking. Sometimes I set out for 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15, or less than that. I’m taking it slow, but movement is key.”

She added, “The other day, I felt like I should be going up and down the stairs more, so I started doing some housework that had me going up and down the stairs, and afterwards I was like, ‘Okay, I’m good with stairs for a while!’”
