GREEN BAY – Green Bay Packers defensive line coach and run game coordinator DeMarcus Covington will interview for the vacant defensive coordinator position with the Las Vegas Raiders, according to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Covington previously interviewed for defensive coordinator jobs with the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys. The Jets hired Brian Duker and the Cowboys hired former Eagles pass game coordinator and Packers assistant Christian Parker.

The 36-year-old spent eight seasons with the New England Patriots, including one (2024) as defensive coordinator. He also coached the linebackers and defensive line while there.
