Orr previously served on the Ravens’ coaching staff since 2022, holding down the inside linebackers coach role from 2022-23 before being promoted to defensive coordinator for 2024 and 2025. The Ravens’ defense struggled in 2025, allowing 23.4 points per game, finishing 18th in the NFL.

The Ravens ultimately hired Anthony Weaver as the new defensive coordinator under first-year head coach Jesse Minter, clearing the way for Orr to land with the Super Bowl champion Seahawks as the inside linebackers coach.

NFLPA REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO REPORT CARDS

Despite the NFL owners winning their grievance against the NFLPA regarding the publication of the report cards, the NFLPA reaffirmed its commitment to the report cards Saturday afternoon.

In a statement, the NFLPA stated it will still inform players of the report cards, and that nothing will change behind the scenes for the players association, outside of making the reports public.

In an email sent to all players today and obtained by ESPN, the NFLPA reaffirmed its commitment to the report cards — and noted the only thing changing is their ability to publicly share the results.
