“Koetter comes to Cincinnati from the University of South Carolina, where he spent the 2025 season as assistant quarterbacks coach. He previously spent two seasons on the coaching staff at the University of Texas, serving as a graduate assistant with a focus on QBs (2023) and an offensive analyst with a focus on tight ends (’24).”

The son of former NFL coach Dirk Koetter, Davis is a former college wideout who joined the coaching ranks before making the jump to the pro level.

Troy Walters remains the Bengals’ wideouts coach, while Jordan Salkin has now moved over to the assistant quarterback coach role.
