Dave Borgonzi is headed for Tennessee to join the Titans’ coaching ranks.
Borgonzi began his NFL coaching career as a defensive assistant for the Dallas Cowboys from 2011-2012. The 43-year-old was named offensive assistant in 2013.

Borgonzi was the defensive quality control and assistant linebackers coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2014-2017. He continued coaching linebackers from 2018-2021 as linebackers coach for the Indianapolis Colts, and served as the Chicago Bears’ linebackers coach from 2022-2024 before returning to the Cowboys as linebackers coach in 2025.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that the Titans are nearing an agreement with Borgonzi to join their staff.
Borgonzi is the latest hire for Titans’ new head coach Robert Saleh’s staff.
