COACHING STAFF. NEW RAVENS HEAD COACH JESSE MINTER CALLS IT THE NEW ERA OF PLAY LIKE A RAVEN. AND THAT MEANS COACH LIKE A RAVEN. TWO IN THE NEW ERA. TODAY, MINTER INTRODUCED HIS THREE NEW COORDINATORS WHO WILL HELP HIM PAVE THE ROAD TO THE FUTURE. JESSE MINTER SHARED THE PODIUM TODAY AT THE CASTLE WITH DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR ANTHONY WEAVER, OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR DECLAN DOYLE AND SPECIAL TEAMS COORDINATOR ANTHONY LEVINE. MINTER AND WEAVER HAVE SERVED AS RAVENS COACHES BEFORE UNDER JOHN HARBAUGH. SAME WITH LEVINE, WHO WAS AN ASSISTANT SPECIAL TEAMS COACH LAST YEAR. BUT NOW THEY ARE IN CHARGE AND JOB ONE IS CREATING A CULTURE AROUND EXPECTATIONS. AND ON THAT FRONT, THE FOUR COACHES IN THEIR NEW ROLES ALL SEEM BOTH CLEAR AND CONSISTENT. REALLY LOOKING FOR TEACHERS. CONNECTORS, FUNDAMENTALIST AND HOW THEY HOW THEY’LL TEACH THE GUYS HOW TO PLAY DEFENSE AND WHAT WE EXPECT, HOW TO PLAY DEFENSE. LIKE THE RAVENS NEED TO PLAY DEFENSE THE WAY WE WANT OUR OFFENSE TO LOOK. THE NON-NEGOTIABLES ARE THAT WE ARE PHYSICAL, OKAY, WE’RE DETAILED AND WE’RE EXPLOSIVE. THOSE ARE THE THREE THINGS THAT ARE PILLARS THAT WE WANT TO HANG OUR HAT ON, CERTAINLY IN 2024, THIS OFFENSE WAS, YOU KNOW, SOMETHING TO BE RECKONED WITH AND SOMETHING THAT WE’RE ACTIVELY CHASING TO KIND OF GET BACK TO. ULTIMATELY, IT’S ABOUT HOW WE PLAY, RIGHT? IT’S IT’S ABOUT US, LIKE GOING OUT THERE AND FLYING AROUND TO THE BALL, HAVING 11 GUYS CONNECTED RIGHT, THAT ARE IN A FLOW STATE THAT KIND OF KNOW WHAT EACH OTHER IS DOING. AND WE’RE JUST FLYING AROUND. LOOKS LIKE A PACK OF WOLVES, LIKE IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE 13 GUYS OUT THERE. THAT’
