BALTIMORE, Md. – After nearly five months of anticipation, the wait finally ended for Sharon Kulczynski of White Marsh, as she found out that she won the Maryland Lottery’s Ravens Seats For 20 Years prize.
“I love the Ravens!” the emotional winner said after learning that she’ll have Ravens season tickets for the next two decades. The announcement Wednesday morning wrapped up the Maryland Lottery’s 2025 Ravens Second-Chance Promotion.
Kulczynski was one of six finalists for the Seats For 20 Years prize who were selected in drawings held throughout the 2025 football season. Her name was drawn as a finalist on Sept. 23. Each of the six finalists received a $10,000 prize, and they and their guests were invited to M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore for a tour. The five other finalists were Joyce Merson from Pasadena; Shawne Stephens from Windsor Mill; Cornell Toney from Bowie; Francine Tripp-Jones from Laurel; and Patricia Williams from Baltimore City.
The stadium tour ended in the Ravens’ locker room, where a black curtain hung in front of one of the lockers. A Ravens jersey hung behind the curtain with the winner’s last name. Former Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith was on hand to announce the winner, along with two cheerleaders who waited for the cue to open the curtain.
The six finalists anxiously awaited the big moment. When the curtain was opened, it revealed a jersey with the name “Kulczynski” across the back.

Sharon, accompanied by her son Erik for the exciting occasion, was in shock after learning she won a pair of club-level seats and a parking pass for every Baltimore Ravens preseason and regular season game for the next 20 years.
“This is unbelievable,” the retiree said. “If I can be a winner, you can too. Keep entering those tickets.”
The 2025 season marked the 17th consecutive year that the Maryland Lottery and the Baltimore Ravens partnered to offer scratch-off tickets and second-chance prizes. Lottery players entered non-winning $2 Ravens X2 and $10 Ravens X10 scratch-off tickets into a series of promotional drawings, which generated more than five million entries and awarded more than $640,000 in cash and Ravens-themed prizes throughout the 2025 football season. The finalists were randomly selected from more than a 1.1 million entries for the “Ravens Seats For 20 Years” prize.
While the football season is over, the Ravens scratch-offs are still on sale, and there are top-prizes still remaining on both tickets. As of Feb. 18, the $10 Ravens ticket has one unclaimed $200,000 top prize in addition to one $50,000 and four $10,000 prizes along with hundreds of thousands of additional prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000. As of Feb. 18, the $2 ticket has two unclaimed $20,000 top prizes along with tens of thousands of other prizes ranging from $2 and $5,000.
