The offseason continues and we’ve entered the unsubstantiated rumors phase of the NFL offseason where anything that can happen is reported but nothing actually does. Only time will tell what moves the Steelers will make but predictions and speculations this time of year are rarely tallied or referenced once the actual moves are made.
