We’re in that slow period between the Super Bowl and the new league year, where it sometimes feels like the NFL world has ground to a halt. And that makes it a perfect time to ask: Where in the world are our Windy City Gridiron readers?
We don’t want or need your address or any personal details — sharing just the state is fine, or city and state if you’d like to be more specific. Same thing if you live abroad – if you’d like just to share the country, that’s cool, and if you want to share more details like the city or region, that’s totally up to you.
We’re kicking off our list with the locations of our writers here at Windy City Gridiron, and I’ll get this started.
I live just north of the border in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
We’ve been here about a decade, but before that, I lived in northeast Illinois; I went to Round Lake High School, and also lived in the Lake Villa/Lindenhurst area.
Kenosha is just across the border, so I run into Chicago Bears fans all the time. Plus, the real job has me commuting to downtown Chicago, so I’m not always above the cheddar curtain.
