Titans coachRobert Saleh and GM Mike Borgonzi headline the show
With a new coaching staff and a roster in desperate need of repairs, Tennessee head coach Robert Saleh and general manager Mike Borgonzi will both appear on the radio show from the Combine.
Robert Saleh — Head Coach, Tennessee Titans
After failing as the head coach of the New York Jets, Saleh is looking for a fresh start under better circumstances with the Titans. He has built a reputation as one of the NFL’s most respected defensive minds. Since arriving in Tennessee a little over one month ago, Saleh has emphasized accountability, competition, and versatility on both sides of the ball. Known for his meticulous preparation and player-first leadership, he’ll share insights on how the combine drills and interviews factor into he and his staff’s football philosophy and roster decisions heading into the 2026 season.

Mike Borgonzi — General Manager, Tennessee Titans
Borgonzi’s first draft class, including Ward with the No. 1 overall choice in 2025, looks promising. Still, a 3-14 finish for the second consecutive season shows just how much more work he and the Titans front office must do to get the team back to even league average. Borgonzi will speak to how he balances measurable athletic performance with character evaluation, positional priority, and long-term roster planning. Tennessee also has several key contract situations with core pieces like guard Peter Skoronski and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons that Borgonzi will be asked about as well.

Combine week brings together the brightest minds in draft evaluation — and The Buck Reising Show executive producer Robert Walsh has worked tirelessly these last few weeks securing time with some of the game’s most prolific voices in scouting and analysis.
