Per the Rooney Rule, the Bears should receive 2 third round picks as compensation for the Bears losing a minority candidate to a general manager position. There’s been some questions on if this will happen or not based on Matt Ryan’s title as President of Football. There really should be no question, the Bears should get 2 3rd-round comp picks from the NFL.
