Pro Football Focus released its annual PFF 101, highlighting the top individual performances from the 2025 season regardless of position, and two Tampa Bay Buccaneers made the cut: Tristan Wirfs and Jamel Dean.

The PFF 101 is strictly based on 2025 performance. It does not project future success or lean on past accolades. It evaluates how players performed relative to expectations at their position, keeping an “all positions are created equal” mindset.

Wirfs landed at No. 15 after another dominant season. Despite missing the first three games of 2025, he finished with an 84.9 pass-blocking grade, ranking fourth among all tackles. His 91.6 run-blocking grade ranked third at the position. Down the stretch, Wirfs was arguably the best pass blocker in football and continued to anchor Tampa Bay’s offensive line. Not to mention, he caught a touchdown in 2025, which has nothing to do with blocking but must still be mentioned.

Dean came in at No. 78 following the highest-graded season of his career. He posted an 80.6 overall grade, fifth among all cornerbacks, and allowed a 46.9 passer rating into his coverage, the best mark among corners with at least 400 snaps.
