Despite the chaos of the 2025 NFL season, the Ravens scored all A’s and B’s on the latest NFL Players Association report cards, according to an ESPN report.
The grades are compiled based on player responses. Any player who was on an NFL roster from Nov. 2 to Dec. 11 was eligible to fill out the survey. The NFLPA received 1,759 responses.
The NFLPA released the report card itself starting in 2023, but the NFL filed a grievance to stop the report cards. In February, the NFL won the grievance, which prevented the NFLPA from publishing the report cards but allowed it to continue surveying players.
However, ESPN obtained a copy of the report card.
The survey includes grades in 17 areas, although ESPN’s report does not have the breakdowns that the NFLPA’s previous reports did.
The grades evaluate coaches, ownership, the facilities and treatment of players.
As usual, Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti got top marks. He earned the only A+ on the Ravens’ report card. The Denver Broncos’, Minnesota Vikings’ and Washington Commanders’ owners were the only others to earn A+ grades.
The Ravens also got A’s in home game field, training room, weight room and strength coaches.
One of the many reasons Bisciotti grades well is his 2016 decision to switch M&T Bank Stadium’s field from turf to grass after players expressed their desire to play on real grass.
The A in the strength and conditioning program is a huge improvement from 2023, when the staff earned an F-. The Ravens brought in a new coach, Scott Elliott, and revamped the program. They renovated their facility over the offseason to improve the training and recovery areas.

The Ravens’ worst grades went to their offensive coordinator, their locker room and the team travel.
Todd Monken, now the Cleveland Browns’ head coach, led the offense to historic seasons in 2023 and 2024 before stalling in 2025. Sources spoke to The Banner about their confusion with his game-planning and personality conflicts between Monken and others in the room.
Head coach John Harbaugh, who was fired Jan. 6 and took a job leading the New York Giants, fared slightly better than Monken with a B.
Former defensive coordinator Zach Orr and former special teams coordinator Chris Horton got the highest grades of the coaches, each with a B+. Orr was maligned by much of the fan base, but his players stood staunchly behind him. Players also said the special teams units were closer than ever before.

New Ravens head coach Jesse Minter earned an A+ as the Los Angeles Chargers’ defensive coordinator. New offensive coordinator Declan Doyle earned an A- as the Chicago Bears’ coordinator. New defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver earned an A as the Miami Dolphins’ defensive coordinator.
