The NFLPA is no longer able to make their annual report cards public. However, ESPN’s Kayln Kahler was able to obtain a copy of the reports following the 2025 NFL season, and the Jacksonville Jaguars were rated among the best.

In these report cards, players rate numerous aspects of the organizations they play for, from ownership to the training facilities. According to Kahler, 1,759 players contributed to these grades.

So, where did the Jaguars end up this year relative to the rest of the NFL under their new regime, led by Tony Boselli, James Gladstone, and Liam Coen?

Overall, the Jaguars received the fifth-best mark in the NFL.

Treatment of Families: B+

Nutritionist/Dietician: A-

Offensive Coordinator: B+

Special Teams Coordinator: A+

Of note, the lowest grade the Jaguars’ organization was for their position coaches. Their coordinators, Anthony Campanile and Grant Udinski, were rated highly.

Both Coen and Gladstone received A- grades, while Shad Khan earned an A. Overall, the players are quite happy with the facilities and training staff.

As noted by Ryan O’Halloran for the Florida Times Union, compared to 2024, the 2025 Jaguars improved their grade in treatment of families, nutritionist, food/dining area, locker room, training room, training staff, strength coaches, head coach, and ownership.

The Jaguars ranked 18th last year in these grades. This included receiving an F in treatment of families, a C+ in Nutritionist/Dietician, and a C for the head coach, which was Doug Pederson.

A significant jump, nearly across the board with these grades, was made by the Jaguars. On the field, major leaps were made as well, as Jacksonville improved from four wins in 2024 to 13 wins this past year, along with winning the AFC South title.
