The Cincinnati Bengals finished in 28th place overall in the NFL Players Association annual report cards, according to a report Feb. 26 by ESPN.com’s Kalyn Kahler.

The NFLPA is not making the report-card grades public in 2026 because of a grievance filed by the NFL, which claimed the survey violated the collective bargaining agreement. The NFLPA vowed to continue to collect responses for report cards, even if they’re not published.
