The NFL Players Association isn’t allowed to report the findings of their annual team report cards anymore but that didn’t stop it from leaking.

ESPN obtained the results of the NFLPA’s survey, which was reportedly based on responses from 1,759 players.

The Eagles finished 20th of 32 teams based on 17 different categories after finished 22nd in 2024.

Here’s a look at the full Eagles results:

Treatment of Families: C+
Home Game Field: A
Food/Dining Area: A
Nutritionist/Dietician: B+
Locker Room: D
Training Room: B-
Training Staff: A
Weight Room: A-
Strength Coaches: A-
Position Coaches: A-
Offensive Coordinator: C+
Defensive Coordinator: A+
Special Teams Coordinator: A
Team Travel: F
Head Coach: A
General Manager: B
Team Ownership: B

Of the 11 repeat categories from last year’s survey, the Eagles improved in 7 categories, regressed in 1 and stayed the same in 3. Their only regression was the locker room, which went from a D+ to a D.

Most of the Eagles’ coaches and staff got very high marks including DC Vic Fangio (A+), head coach Nick Sirianni (A) and special teams coordinator Michael Clay (A). Former offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo got a C+ after a disappointing season. It’s notable that while plenty question Sirianni’s contributions, players still really seem to like him.

This is the second straight year the Eagles got an F for team travel. Last year, a major point in the responses to the survey was that players felt that they should get first-class seats on flights instead of coaches.

The Eagles’ locker room got a D+ in 2024 and that was down to a D in 2025. The Jefferson Health Training Complex is a new name but the facility has been around for 25 years and has become a little dated.
