While most of the talk this week has been centered on prospects at the NFL Scouting Combine, some teams are still busy rounding out their coaching staffs, leading to another former member of the Tennessee Titans staff under Brian Callahan finding a new home.

Late Friday, NFL Insider Adam Schefter broke the news that the Las Vegas Raiders are hiring Titans’ former offensive coordinator Nick Holz to be their offensive passing game coordinator as part of new head coach Klint Kubiak’s staff in 2026.

Holz is a familiar face to the Raiders and will be returning to the team for a second stint, after spending 10 seasons with the organization, serving in multiple offensive coaching roles from 2012-2021. He will also be reuniting with former Titans interim head coach Mike McCoy and defensive assistant Travis Smith, who all returned to the Raiders this offseason.

Holz is the latest former Titans coach to be hired by a new organization, joining McCoy, Smith, Brian Callahan, Frank Bush, Tyke Tolbert, Bo Hardegree, and Bill Callahan as coaches who have found new jobs during this coaching cycle.
