If you listened to Tennessee Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi and head coach Robert Saleh during media availabilities at the NFL Scouting Combine, it became clear: They covet size and speed. No matter what position group they were talking about, there was some type of mention about those traits, and it will likely be a theme throughout the offseason.
The Titans have many needs heading into free agency and the draft, and at the combine, one wide receiver who exemplifies those characteristics mentioned a desire to play for the Titans: Chris Brazzell II.
“Cam Ward’s a dog, probably the best quarterback coming out of that class,” Brazzell said. “I love the state of Tennessee, so that’d be really fun.”

Brazzell backed up his outstanding season in Knoxville, where he led the SEC with 62 receptions for 1,017 yards and nine touchdowns, with a tremendous combine. A true outside receiver, he measured 6-foot-5, 200 pounds, and put up a blazing 4.37 40-yard-dash in his only attempt, looking like a potential mismatch on the perimeter.
With the Titans in dire need of some added talent in their receiving corps, Brazzell could definitely be on their radar.
