“So where do things stand right now with Maxx Crosby? Based on several conversations with league sources, the Raiders have not moved off from their asking price of two first-round picks and a player,” Russini wrote.
“Several teams are interested, but decision makers are getting mixed signals from the Raiders in regards to their genuine interest in dealing their star.”
Crosby reportedly wants out of Las Vegas but has chosen not to make public complaints, citing his respect for the Raiders’ fanbase.
He has quietly indicated that he feels his tenure with the team is coming to an end, though he has yet to formally communicate that to management. Until then, the Raiders appear unwilling to budge on trade negotiations.
