Drew Dalman, Terron, kind of out of nowhere yesterday, who they gave good money to from Atlanta.

The Bears did last year, went there.

And Ben Johnson, I mean, Caleb gets the headlines, but a lot of the offense is just grinding people down with that run game in Chicago.

How significant is Drew Dalman walking in this week and saying, “Guys, I’m good,” and retiring at 27?

Yeah, man, sending that I’m good text to, to an organization is pretty crazy.

but no, eh, shout out to, shout out to Drew Dalman.

Congratulations to you, brother, for your career, and, and I hope you enjoy retirement, and, and definitely at peace with your decision.

It’s significant for the d- for the Bears, for their offense, for what they just did.

Drew was a huge component to that, a, a key contributor.

Caleb Williams being a young quarterback, he doesn’t have that full plate of responsibility of handling everything pre-snap, identifying threats, identifying blitzes, changing the protection for the O-line, tight ends, running backs.

That’s not all on Caleb right now because you got a guy, Drew Dalman, who can, who can take that burden and, and diagnose really quickly and still go out and handle his job after the snap.

So that’s a, that’s a void now that Chicago It’s timely for them because they have time before the draft to fix it, opposed to some guys, you know, who would retire the first day of training camp or something like that.

I think this timing for the Bears is much more favorable, favorable, so they get a chance to address this position and hopefully find someone that can fill the shoes, fill the void that, that Drew Dalman, he just surprisingly left.
