The NFL offseason is officially underway as the biggest domino has fallen with superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby being traded after a week of rumors and speculation.

The Las Vegas Raiders have finalized a deal to send Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for two first-round picks, ending any hopes that the Chicago Bears would land Crosby in a potential deal.

Chicago is likely to pivot their focus on the free agency market as they look to upgrade their pass rush opposite of veteran Montez Sweat, and there are some good options available. That includes Trey Hendrickson and Cam Jordan, who both have a history with Bears defensive coordinator Dennis Allen.

General manager Ryan Poles made one move earlier on Friday, trading a 2027 fifth-round pick to the New England Patriots for center Garrett Bradbury, filling one hole on their roster. Now, edge rusher remains a need with free agency just around the corner.
