RYAN CLARK STAYING IN SHAPE
The 2000s Steelers won two Super Bowls, with their dominant defense being a prominent reason for that success. Several notable players were on those teams, including Troy Polamalu and James Harrison, who both won Defensive Player of the Year awards. However, Ryan Clark was also an integral part of the Steelers’ defense during that era. He was just as physical as any Steelers defender.
While Clark has been retired for a while, he’s still staying in shape. He uploaded a video on his YouTube channel showing exactly that. Clark is an analyst now, but he looks like he could still deliver one last mean hit over the middle if he needed to.

BILLS RELEASE CB
The Steelers have several needs as free agency approaches. That includes corner. While Joey Porter Jr. had a good 2025 season, the Steelers’ depth behind him isn’t good enough. Not too many great options are slated to hit free agency, but another name was recently added to the list.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported on Twitter that the Buffalo Bills are releasing corner Taron Johnson. He’d been with them since 2018, originally being a fourth-round pick. However, the Bills’ have a new defensive scheme, so they’re moving on from Johnson. Aaron Rodgers recently had a lot of praise for Johnson, too. Perhaps if Rodgers re-signs with Pittsburgh soon, he’ll go to bat for Johnson.
The #Bills are releasing long-time veteran CB Taron Johnson, source said. Makes sense with the new defensive scheme.

OREGON S ON POLAMALU
The NFL has seen few players like Troy Polamalu. He was one of the best defenders of his generation, being named Defensive Player of the Year in 2010. His efforts were enough to get him into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where he’ll live forever.
Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman, one of the top players at his position in this year’s draft, recently talked about Polamalu on Up and Adams with Kay Adams. He mentions that he really liked Polamalu’s versatility, and he also highlights the former safety’s ability to sixth sense on the field. Sometimes, it seemed like Polamalu knew what was going to happen before the ball was snapped. It was incredible to watch.
