The 2025 NFL playoff schedule has been released as Week 18 for the 2025 regular season winds down.

Here is the schedule on the 2025-26 NFL “Wild Card Weekend,” which starts Saturday. All times Eastern.

Saturday, Jan. 10

4:30 p.m.: 5-seed Los Angeles Rams at 4-seed Carolina Panthers, Fox.

Sunday, Jan. 11

8 p.m.: 7-seed Los Angeles Chargers at 2-seed New England Patriots, NBC.

Monday, Jan. 12

8:15 p.m.: 5-seed Houston Texans at 4-seed Pittsburgh Steelers, ESPN/ABC.

Does the NFL reseed in the playoffs?

Yes, the NFL does reseed in the playoffs. After the wild-card round, the lowest-seeded remaining team plays at 1-seed in the divisional round in each conference. The NFL is the only American sports league of the four major sports that reseeds in the postseason.

When do NFL playoffs start?

The wild-card round is Saturday-Monday, Jan. 10-12. There are two games Saturday, three Sunday and one on “Monday Night Football.” There is a night game on each day.
