The splashes just keep on coming for the Carolina Panthers.

On Saturday afternoon, the team officially announced their signing of free-agent offensive tackle Rasheed Walker. The sides have landed on a one-year agreement that, according to NFL Network national reporter Cameron Wolfe, can be worth up to $10 million.

Walker, who was considered one of this offseason’s top free agents, spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers. He had served as their starting left tackle for the past three campaigns, recording at least 966 offensive snaps at the position in each of those years.

With usual starting left tackle Ikem Ekwonu currently recovering from a ruptured patellar tendon, Walker could very well be manning the blindside for Carolina come Week 1 of the 2026 regular season.

In addition to Walker, the Panthers have also signed two other high-profile free agents from this cycle in outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips and inside linebacker Devin Lloyd.
